Htc one charging issue>>>>>>>

Hey,

My HTC One was running low today so i plugged it in and low and behold...... It would not charge..... not from a wall charger or my pc....

The phone went flat and i connected it again and it started charging!!

Switched on the phone.... plugged charger in.... wont charge...!!! Only charging with the handset switched off!!

Any ideas?????

Had to send mine back to htc they returned and fixed that issue ... But now have a problem with not being able to disable auto rotate and when I make a call it auto goes in speaker ... Have sent back again. They set status as repaired and sending it back to me next week.

I called to see what they had done and they said no fault found. In expectin it back with the same issue.

If it is some poor (I think French support n person is going to be dealing with one serious angry customer) as are three as in Europe the retailer is responsible for faulty good s.

Was loving the phone until this happened and think I'm going back to iPhone or will get the new note

Phone not 2 months old and I've been without it for over 2 week

I'm in the UK and have it in 4.2

Seems to me to be either some issue with software or hardware and the USB port
