HTC one flaw detection

Well im planning to buy a htc one , i live in india , and here the replacement policy isnt something u can expect much from if ur phone is flawed. My question is , since there are various reports about htc selling some flawed htc one phones with improper designs How am I supposed to detect if the phone im given , isnt flawed , I dont want to bring home a rather not well made phone . Please help , I might have to buy it any time from now

I think you risk getting a flawed device no matter what phone you choose to purchase. I don't think that is something you can really avoid. You'll get that risk either way you go. My One has no flaws that I can tell of anyway.

Or you could just by a Trac phone if it worries you that much. They only cost $30!
