Based on what i am seeing is this really compatible with ATT LTE? I went to ATT site to look at the carrier one and the LTE Bands listed there are no where to be found on Googles site.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the lte advance is built into the 801 processor, so the phone just needs to support the frequency bands. From what I seen on Android central specs on the Google edition, it should support the lte advance.

At&t uses the LTE 700 spectrum. So the M8 will work
it looks like the nexus 5 supports all of the LTE bands where is the GPE of the M8 only supports just one LTE band for ATT so that would not be a good option based on that you might as well get the unlocked or developers edition and save money its only 649.00
So what does this mean? I really would prefer to have the stock Android experience without having to root to get there. I'm confused on all this different spectrum crap.
I agree I have been hoping someone would respond if 700aws means all lte bands for att

Hopefully someone who knows more than me can chime in.
So I went to the att website the lte bands listed for the m8 are 2,4,5,7, and 17 so assume that 7 is the 700 aws I could be wrong at this time I am going to just order from the site and go with att version the gpe cost 700 the att version is 649.00 and I know that all LTE Bands are there

If I find out for sure, I may have to get the unlocked key version and run Nova on it. I'm just such a huge fan of the stock Android experience.
So am I to bad it's not really listed out in full all bands like they do for the nexus 5 or else I would pay the extra but I want to be sure and I can't find it anywhere I could always return the att one once the gpe actually ships if it's better
