HTC One M7 camera has stopped?

After I replaced the battery and camera doesn't work. The error is "Unfortunately camera has stopped unexpectedly, do you want to send the error report to HTC..."
I tried to hard reset and used again old battery but same problem. Could there be a hardware problem?

If you open and did the battery replacement double check the connections for camera module

Welcome to Android Central! The fact that you did your own battery replacement for a unibody phone like the M7 (which typically makes battery replacement more challenging) would make me suspect a hardware problem that you caused during the replacement process.

Then I suggest you let a professional repair center look at it , it was working before you replaced the battery.
