I'm pretty sure that the answer is "No", but thought that I would ask here...

My brother gave me a HTC M7 AT&T phone that he bought no longer wants. I need a new phone and I would like to move this AT&T phone over to Verizon. Is this possible?

The phone is currently locked, but he can get it unlocked by called AT&T.

I've read several posts about moving from Verizon to AT&T, but can't find info. on the reverse.

Thank you all for your help.

If you get it unlocked you can use T-Mobile, but not Verizon or Sprint. The AT&T devices do not have CDMA radios, which are required for use on Verizon or Sprint.

Agree with Laura on this. I still have my M7, just now starting to look for a new phone bc my contact is up. But this M7 has been an excellent phone for the past 2 years.
