Htc One M7 stuck on bootloader screen how do I get out of this cycle?

Phone stuck on Bootloader. It has not been tampered with in anyway. Each reboot, reset gets pushed to the bootloader screen. Ive tried connecting to my computer however the phone isn't showing up. Any help would be appreciated.

Try clearing Dalvik Cache.

Dalvik cahe? Ive wiped the cache partition in recovery..Sorry im a novice when it comes to android
