I got a notification that the process com.htc.bgp had stopped working and while trying to troubleshoot and fix this issue, the phone turned off and would not turn back on. I took it to the AT&T store but they were no help at all, and I'm not really sure what to do to fix this (or if it can be fixed).
The phone has been charging and was around 80% battery when it cut off, so I don't think that's the issue. Everything else seemed normal until this happened, but now it's basically a brick. Any advice on how to fix this?
