HTC One M8 AT&T Lollipop update - stuck at Continue Update. How can I finish the update?

HTC One M8 AT&T Lollipop update - stuck at Continue Update

I'm in the middle of getting Lollipop; it seems to have downloaded, then nothing. When I go to the AT&T software update option it says I can Continue Update, but when I click on it nothing happens. Thoughts?

Welcome to Android Central! Try wiping the cache partition: http://forums.androidcentral.com/ht...ow-reboot-into-stock-recovery-htc-one-m8.html. Then go back to the System Update menu and try again.
