HTC ONE M8 Camera Static/Ticking sound help :D

I turned off Touch Sounds on my Htc One M8 but it still seems do the ticking/Static sound when I click the 4 circles and back button on the camera app. Is this normal or is there possibly a glitch on my camera app?

That's just how it is. If you don't want the sounds, then first turn down your notification volume before using the camera. It won't be there then.
