HTC ONE M8 car stero USB

My car stero (honda civic euro 2011) doesn't work with the HTC one and I went into the mannual and i found that the system only reads FAT32 files found on most USB drives. Would it be possible to partition a Micro SD Card with music to have FAT32 and still retain all the storage on the card?

Yes, Most cards come from the factory in FAT32 anyway.
