HTC One (M8) Clock

How can I change the Clock on the opening screen. I can remove the default but cannot replace it with a downloaded one

The lock screen or the home screen? If it's the lock screen I believe you'll need a custom lock screen app (someone correct me if I'm wrong on that) if it's a widget then you should just be able to scroll through the list and look for the one you downloaded.
