HTC One M8 Freezing

Hi my Htc One M8 screen keeps going fuzzy in parts then totally frezze itself i think its on its way out

anyone know what it would be ?
even better anyone fix them for cheap ?

Welcome to Android Central! Does that happen in Safe Mode, or after a factory reset as well?
