HTC One M8 LCD Replacement - Need help

Hello guys
Please help me,I have cracked my m8 screen and ordered the LCD and touch screen glass without frame.
Now I`m afraid that I can not change the screen if it comes without the complete frame..
Need some help here,I saw after a few days that i`ve ordered without frame.

If your phone is less than 6 months old, you can send it to HTC (HTC Advantage) and have them fix it for free. If you haven't already used the one time screen replacement.

Thank you for your answer.I`m from Eastern Europe,so the Htc Advantage is not available here.

That sux. I used mine and had a positive experience. Good luck on replacing it yourself.
