HTC One (M8) rebooting on its own

I've had my HTC One (M8) for a little while now, and it seems to be rebooting daily at approximately 3:50am and I can't seem to figure out what's going on. Last reboot happened while the phone had over 60% battery remaining.

Can anyone help me?

thats weird idk why it is happening, but their is a new update coming out this month by google that will address the reboot just hold tight

I'm having the same issue with my M8. Usually reboots around noon.

That's android for ya. My friends note 3 does this sometimes , my gs3 does it often. It can be tied to certain things like sometimes google play app updates in the background can cause your phone to reboot on random occasions. Other times it just happens randomly without any clue as to why.
