I bought htc one m8 and I seen a supersu so I clicked full unroot . It has s-off,unlocked at the top no tampered sign and the software status states official . Is my warranty voided ? Will I be able to update my phone ? Asked XDA but they were only smartasses lol.

Yes, your bootloader was unlocked so most warranty providers will put your device in the voided warranty section. Though it depends upon your specific warranty provider. If it's being provided directly from HTC, then yes unlocking the bootloader does void your warranty

If it is not rooted anymore, you should be able to take OTAs. There are times when it will not let you because it was tampered with though.
