HTC One M8 stuck in loop - No OS

Can anyone help me? I rooted my phone to try out an app, on the impression that it was easy to unroot. I now just want to return to factory settings, but after following some bad advice, I seem to have deleted my OS.
My phone is in S-ON mode, and I'm just in a loop of the boot menu and the Team Win Recovery screen.
I'm using Mac, and can't seem to find a solution anywhere. Surely it shouldn't be this hard?

Please help!

Welcome to the forums. I know you can reflash the stock OS, but I think that is only with a windows PC. I don't believe there are methods for Mac.

i have access to a pc but not to any download permissions. Can I do the neccessary downloads on my mac then put them on a usb to the pc, and complete the process from there?
