HTC One (M8) vs. Samsung S5 Review

Wow, they chose the m8, didn't expect that.

Also there are a couple of mistakes. They say that the m8 only has 16gb of internal storage, which is wrong, we all know it comes in 32gb. They say the s5 has 16gb and 32gb and they don't offer a 32gb version yet.

They also mention that the s5 camera interface is easier, which is the exact opposite.

Other than that, good review.

Summed up quite nicely, "All considered, I'd say this: Both the Galaxy S5 and One (M8) are capable of taking good pictures, but neither is particularly groundbreaking compared to what we've seen in the past. While the GS5 seems to have the overall edge in imaging quality, there are plenty of times when the M8 pulls ahead of it. Both devices have their share of issues, and all in all, I'm not sure we can really call either phone a true "winner" in this comparison."

It seemed biased in regards to design. The unibody is "sexy", but comes at the cost of a non replaceable battery, less resistant to drops and signal reception at least on the Verizon network appears to be a tad weaker than the my average S4. DNA is better than both.

My guess is the S5 will follow the S3 and S4 and also be average for reception.

M8 is a nice device none the less.
