Htc one m8 won't read phone storage not sd card...

My phone won't read any music, pictures, and video after lollipop update. And I do not have any SD CARD install...I'm really tired of this..this also happen to my moto X 2nd...can anybody tell me the solution???

First try wipe cache from recovery.
If that doesn't work, plug it in to your computer and through explorer, look for the files and save them.
Do a factory reset?
