htc one m8 wont recognize my wireless headphones

I got a brand new pair of beats studio wireless headphones and my one m8 won't recognize them when Bluetooth scanning ... What do I do ...I've never had a device paired won't my phone ....and I looked on the beats website and did what they say to do ...that would be fine and dandy if my phone would pick them up

Is there a connect button on the headphones that you have to press?

It's also possible that they're "Made for iPhone," which means they might be incompatible with Android.
