Hey guys I just been gaming and my phones battery said it was 71℃ so I restarted it to see if it was just playing up and when it rebooted it was still at 69℃ and this is being read with DU battery saver also the phone was hot to the touch but didn't feel to bad so was just wandering is this fine for the phone to operate at?
I have a screen shot but don't know how to upload it as its my first post on here :)

The phone its self is designed to get hot. The ONLY thing you really need to worry about on a phone is the battery. Li-ion batteries dont like excessive heat or extreme low voltage. Playing a game and it getting hot now and then you should be OK. But if you do this a lot, like several times a day for a few months, then yeah you could hurt your battery and cause it to hit end of life prematurely. With it having a metal frame it will dissipate heat faster. So if you are playing a lot of games keep your phone naked, as a case will insulate it and keep the heat in and cause it to stay warmer longer.
