HTC one M9 bricked and locked bootloader

Hi, i think my phone is bricked as i tried to flash a custom rom and now i cant get past the bootloader screen, my bootloader is also locked so trying to flash recovery or another rom is not working for me.
any recommendations for what i can do?, i need help!!!!

I'd got to the HTCDEV web site, register and follow the instructions for installing the App's you need on your computer and burn the factory unlocked ROM from HTC.
