HTC One M9, Camera is blurry, fuzzy and lacks details and focus
I purchased this phone a couple of days ago, it had this issue since I got it.
A brief about the issue:
Main camera ( on the back of the phone ) is blurry / fuzzy and pictures lacks quality and details. This issue mainly when using Normal camera mode or Raw Camera mode. The secondary camera ( front camera ) works just fine in Selfie mode.
Main camera functions normally on Panorama mode or video mode and it doesn't blur or be shaky.
Everything of the settings is on default, tested with different lightening areas. All settings were on " Auto ". There is no issue in a video or Panorama mode even before recording or taking a picture! And yes the quality of pictures taken in Panorama mode are absolutely better than the ones taken using the Normal / Raw mode
I tried the following steps (which didn't help with solving the issue):
1) I cleaned the Cache from the camera.
2) Reset the settings of the camera to factory default ones.
3) Uninstalled the latest camera update.
4) Re-installed the latest camera update.
5) I tested the camera with different Android apps
Any idea if that's a software issue or a hardware one?
