HTC One Mini boot loop

I was trying to install ViperOne rom on my HTC one mini it was unsuccessful and phone suddenly shut down now i have infinity boot loop.
Please advice me what can i do?
Can i install ruu without S-OFF?

Welcome to the forums!

Have you wiped the device from Recovery? If not, then do it and reboot. If that doesn't fix it run the RUU and try and restore. It should still work even if you have S-Off.
