HTC One Mini Video Problems

Hey, quite new here. I recently watched a video on YouTube and half way through the video it started to glitch. I switched the app off but I checked and no other videos would work. But the problem extends to other apps - instagram ,snapchat and videos on chrome. However watching videos already downloaded on MX player works. I am confused and any help would be appreciated.

You can try and reboot the phone or clear the cache of those apps in the settings.

Its seems to be some media plug-ins problems, re booting might help you a lot..
