HTC One, no sound when paired with car making or receiving calls. What is the problem?

htc one, no sound when paired with car making or receiving calls

Other phones work. When i place call i don't hear phone ringing, or other person when they answer, they cant hear me. I have unpaired and started over, still does not work. Went to KIA, salesmans phone worked fine, something with my phone.

Welcome to Android Central! When the phone is connected to the car, go to Settings>Bluetooth, tap the settings icon next to the car, and make sure Phone Audio and Media Audio are checked on.
