Has anyone noticed that when you allow your notification sound to act independently from the ringtone that it will randomly turn itself off? I have checked to make sure I'm not turning my volumes all the way down or accidentally seeing my phone to silent. How I will know that the notification sound is off is that I will look and see that I've received text messages, but I never heard my phone notify me. Then, I go to check my sounds setting and see that ONLY the notification sound is on mute!
Does our is anyone experiencing this issue? If so, please help!
