HTC One Official Car Dock suction is not sticking anymore?

I've had the official car dock since day 1 and always used it but now it has been falling off the glass (with my One in it) which I am scared now to try and use anymore. It's fallen several times and I'm not risking my One anymore.

Anyone know of anything to help?

Have you cleaned the suction cup, and glass? Normally this can occur for 3 reasons, 1. Suction is dry rotted (From Heat), 2. Dirty and 3. Direct Sunlight (Direct sunlight can cause the moisture to evaporate, and the hot gasses expand, causing the cup to pop off!)

Resolution(s):

1. Clean the windshield and suction cup.
2. Check for cracks.
3. Remove the suction cup when you exit the car, if you leave your car parked in the sunlight. Once your car cools off, then re-attach it.
