HTC one pointer issue

I'm new to HTC one, and I have a issue with pointer (is it called so? ) my touch makes problems and is not centered, when I wanna press space on keyboard it'll press on the letters above the space, when I wanna open a link it'll always open the link upward or down but not the link I'm pressing on, and so on

Anyone had this? Any advice?

Sounds like its defective. I'd start with a clean start, factory reset. If that doesn't fix it, trade it in for a new one.
