HTC One - Problems whilst video recording (4.3, 5.5 Sense)

So last night i went to a Papa Roach gig and thought i'd record the whole lot, after a few minutes i began to notice whenever light was low from the stage and it was almost dark the recording would go completely pink/purple! When lights were up and the band was playing a tune it looked as though it should do again and as soon as a song ended or a slow track was played it went pinky again! I thought the latest 5.5 update was supposed to erase this problem? Anybody else experienced this?

I was recording in 720p
