HTC One - Restoring apps

Hello,
Using a 3rd party software I accidentally erased some factory-installed apps, like the calculator, flashlight among others. I know there other similar apps in the market but I don?t want to download unnecessary apps.
Is there a way to restore these apps? I don?t have root access and the phone is locked with a domestic carrier (outside US), thanks in advance.

A factory reset should put it back to how it was out the box, you can back up your existing apps if you want to keep them. At the reset page it gives you the option to keep your photos so you won't lose them.
