Htc one s expanded notifications

How can i keep this feature like always on. I have a few things in my notification bar and would like them to stay expanded without always having to manually expand them. In my brothers phone, they always stay expanded and i get mad because my notifications don't stay like that. Please help.

I didn't know ours could do this (even with JB). Were you ever able to get expanded notifications?

I can but I have to manually expand them which gets very annoying. Im just waiting for the 4.2 update.
