Hello,

I got a M7 a year ago and when I did a update which failed, it would show a "red triangle" when I try to boot the phone up. I tried bringing the phone in to the T-Mobile store, they wouldn't fix it, I don't have a warranty on my phone either, so I will not bring it to HTC (that will be a last resort), Also tried wiping cache and data, And even tried to connect my HTC to my Linux PC and a Windows PC, which won't be detected from the PC (have tried using Fastboot/ADB, and on Windows Device Manager the phone won't be shown at all.

Please help!

Also my phone is not rooted or bootloader unlocked.

My first bit of advice is that you should go to XDA-developers.com and seek help there. They are excellent at all things Android and they have a help needed area on their website.
