No exact date yet, but it will not take long to arrive in UK. Sometimes it takes longer then normal, because the provider you're using has to test it first so they can adjust the new software on their network. Just be patient, it will arrive soon.

Ps. Asking your provider could provide exact dates.

Official twitter account for HTC UK said that they are expecting the roul out of 4.3 update with in 4-6 weeks and it will be along with Sens 5.5
