HTC One V Brightness Problem

i have a htc one v, last month phone battery got dead after that when i have changed that battery from that time onwards full brightness is not working.
When battery is full then brightness is also good but as battery goes on low the brightness also be the same.

Welcome to Android Central! Does the phone have a power-saving mode? It might have been triggered when the battery went that low, and then stayed on even with the new battery.
