I don't think so. Verizon is CDMA based, and AT&T is GSM. Different radios, different bands.

Apparently you can, there was just a front page article on it. There are a few steps involved but both tmo and att hspa+ work. I would link but I can't seem to find where I read it.

It's a world phone with a SIM.
It will work, you need to unlock the radio.

Being a 4G phone, it should already be unlocked. Mine was.

That is the old way.. Where phones only had the necessary radio for that carrier. These phones if you unlock them you can move them from carrier to carrier. The HTC One has CDMA and GSM radios in it.
