HTC one X update issue

Hi All,

I have HTC One X with me rooted version with android v4.1. Now i am receiving official update for later version but i don't know how to perform that. Can anyone please guide me for the step by step method to perform. I am afraid of losing my all data and all.

Can anyone share some light on this.

You should be able to perform an OTA update via SETTINGS\ABOUT PHONE\SOFTWARE UPDATE.

This will preserve all your settings.

If you are referring to the AT&T One X, I suggest you do not update. If you want to update, flash a Sense 5 ROM or a custom stock ROM.
