Htc repairs

FYI, I love my HTC U11 but, the first time it hit the ground, it broke. I have the case on it that HTC sent and it slipped off car seat and hit the corner on asphalt. I never dreamed it would take a whole chunk out of corner under the case.
Anyway, HTC informed me its a $200 repair and 8 weeks to complete. I've sent three phones in to them with great service but the cost and time is something now to be aware of.

$200 for Sprint to repair, but it only takes 4 days and you get a free loaner.

File a claim with the Better Business Bureau. It's the only way to get HTC to actually fit your phone.

Good luck getting it fixed on time. I sent mine in Dec 26th and they didn't even pick up the package that USPS delivered so it had to go back to the USPS store. I let their customer service representative know about it and they said they'll take care of receiving the package from USPS. More than 2 weeks later they didn't do **** and now say they're gonna do it.
