I have a friend (I know, that is the most difficult concept to figure out here)

Aaaaanyways she has a refurbished HTC sensation 4g (with a cracked screen)-Tmobile. She still loves it and will have a hard time giving it up. Her husband got an s7 for her but I've had it for weeks getting it ready for her quietly. Disabling crap, removing crap, getting it easy for her and close enough in looks to her htc for her stubborn self to use

I got her contacts moved. I have an app ready to get her sms/mms moved over and possibly her call log.

One thing I do not have is her stored email from an old work yahoo account that includes several recommendations. The company has since changed the password. I made an imap account on my website put it in hopes of "uploading" emails from it as I have done with thunderbird on many customers computers before but this crappy gingerbread mail app does not support cross-account mail actions. It also denies me access to android/data

If I root this thing, and gain access, where is the email stored? Is it in a format I can easily copy over to the nougat mail build?
