I got one but the unit I got was choppy and I didn't get very good service so I went back to my EVO where I get full service but a few people got it and said its super smooth. I'm interested in seeing the EVO 3D now since I'm on sprint and upgrade worthy.

How did you manage that? Were you planning on dropping your Sprint service once you got your Sensation (if you had liked it)? Did you hold on to Sprint service as a back up or were you just planning to have both TMo and Sprint?

Used Sprint as backup but my contract is up. I bought my EVO outright. But yeah I had full 4G on Sprint and like one to two bars on T-mobile so I figured I stick with what I have.

Yes they are selling it without contract, at least at the Walmart I went to. Walmart has it at 599.99 full retail but there's a T-Mo news article that says T-mobile is going to retail it at 549.99. And Walmart should price match that.

The battery life on that POS is unbelievably horrid. Lags, and is on crap network. Did you guys know how bad this device was before you got it?

Someone who would get 3G (as you would say HSPA+ is) speeds of faster downs than LTE, and guess what, better battery life....and better and faster upgrades....

In the suburb, my friends VZ iphone on 3G gets slower down and up speeds than my Tmobile Nexus One on Edge, and I am not even going to talk what happens when I am in the city. Tmo literally rapes everyone with their UP speeds, shouldn't that be all the fuss about considering everyone wants to video...lol.

Well, that answers that. I called walmart and they WIlL NOT price match on a mobile phone. Store manager said cellphones are a separate entity and are exempt. Oh well.

Someone on XDA said they got Walmart to price match by showing them the article where TMO is going to retail it at 549.99. Not sure why anyone would just come out and lie about that, but then again this is the internet. I would go back and ask them to refund you 50 bucks and if they don't threaten to just return and see what they say. Can't hurt.

I may try another store. This store I asked to speak with a manager to confirm what the connection employee said and she verified it. Walmart can be a mixed bag though.
