HTC Sense Contacts(People App) Lagging

My stock people app lags a lot. When I press on a pic to bring up all the types of contacts it takes forever.

It also lags when I press on a name. Any fix for this? Right now I only have about 10 contacts.

no lag here but i just sync with Gmail contacts and i have ~2,600. what are you syncing with?

I have not synced anything really. These are contacts I added manually. I have about half linked to Facebook contacts.

Doing some testing. After I select a contact it is taking upwards of 15 seconds.

try nixing facebook and just link everything to Gmail. also take a look at People App ----->Menu---->Settings--->View

I think its the Facebook link trying to update I have the same issue takes about 10 to15 seconds to open.

i have probably half of my 160 contacts linked to update with both google and facebook i have no lag what so ever.. when i click on a contact its instant straight into the other information and as i just tested things on my phone im also streaming audio from pandora and have a few other things that are constantly updating using the data connection so im not so sure your problem is with facebook

Still testing. A few of my contacts have ALOT of Facebook linked accounts somehow.

For example
Contact 1
-Facebook Link (the real one)
- Fbook link
- Fbook link
- Fbook link
- Fbook link
- Fbook link

And all that for one contact. And it goes for ever.
