When I click on HTC Software Update option and press "Check Now", the "Checking" tab just keeps spinning. I've tried 4g only, 3G only, Wifi only, and with all of them on. I tried restarting the phone. Same thing. I even let it go for 30 mins, but it just keeps spinning. Any ideas?
