HTC stuck at Locked HBOOT screen

Ok so my phone is a brand new htc one i bought 4 days ago and i got this.So my down volume button wasn't working so i decided to reset it and next thing you know i have the boot screen come up. I can not do anything with it i click the power button on fastboot recovery factory reset and the others and nothing happens. I tried holding the top button for like 30 seconds nothing happens i tried holding it with the volume buttons down as well and still nothing. I have it hooked up to my computer and it did nothing as well. I also tried taking out the sim card as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Your button is probably broken. Try to restore using a ruu file. If that doesn't work file a warranty claim.

im having the same problem but my is relocked and im trying to go back to stock.
the current setting are
TAMPERED
RELOCKED
hboot 2.225
radio1.22.10.
its in fastboot usb
i tried rebooting the bootloader and nothing. i can't transfer any files from my pc to the sd card cause its not reading. what can i do.
