They normally find out all this information at the same time you do.

I have noticed a change in Sprints customer service rep, now instead of playing dumb, they seem to be a little more knowledgeable than in the past.

I agree, those reps do not always know what they are talking about. This however seems like little confusion and straight forward but...

I remember when the Pre was coming out and the reps continued to confirm the release date for the Pre when it was infact the release date for the Palm Pro...

So, they are not always reliable, but this Supersonic seems to be very very close!
