HTC Sync Manager Alternatives? Any suggestions?

Hello everyone,

HTC's sync manager is a complete mess. It's horrible. How else can I load music to my HTC One device? Drag & drop from WM Player is an option but are there any other suggestions? Thanks Folks

I just copy my music from my files in my computor and paste them in the music file of my device while plugged into my PC.
