Is there really any difference between the Thunderbolt and the Inspire that's worth the extra $150 that Verizon is going to charge. I know it's LTE vs. HSPA+ but isn't this really the same phone?

Yes it's pretty much the same phone but is it worth the extra 150 to me yes the inspire is nice but without the kickstand ffc and lte its a lesser phone in my book and lets not forget att hspa+ is only 3g and any snapdragon processor will support those speeds

thunderbolt wins all day imo.but yea, if you arent in a a area were verizon 4g is but att 3g is fine with you. inspire def. if i was stayin with att i would most likely get the atrix. the inspire is a desire hd. no kickstand, ffc, dolbly srs with big speaker,

its still a great phone for att. its just not the cream of the crop in my opinion.

an im wondering to see those cheap prices on att are real. if att offers lower priced phones that would be huge for them. im proud of att finally offering adult android phones.

Hi, PSamLA.
Welcome the forum.

They both serve their purpose. They're both great phones.

Enjoy the forums.

Biggest difference besides the obvious radio technologies used are the inclusion of a 32GB MicroSD card, and the FFC. AT&T is treating their phone as more of a North American port of the Desire HD while the Thunderbolt is more or less being touted as a brand new device.
