HTC to update EVO LTE to 4.3 via PC?

Don't know what you are talking about and don't do Twitter. But if they are doing it without over-the-air, I will be greatly annoyed as a Linux user...

From I'm understanding, the rumored 4.3 update would be available through PC possibly from HTC.com or htcdev.com.
