htc transfer tool

I cant get htc transfer tool to transfer my photo and app to my other phone it said unable to transfer and it cant find number on my both phone.

Old phone m7 and to m9 transfer my photo.

Can you get it to transfer anything? It worked fine for me. I used the m9 and had it connect to the m7. When you try it again check to see if the mobile hotspot turns on when activating the transfer tool, it has to be on for it to work.

If I don't have hotspot on account can still work with hotspot

When I used the iCloud transfer for iPhone it didn't work all that well, but it worked. Not only did some of my contacts not transfer over, but it somehow deleted them from my iCloud account.
