HTC TV remote

First of all i'm a french guy so don't worry about my bad english language plz... A few days ago, I sent my htc one phone to get it repaired cause of the blue tint issue on my camera and for some slow apps . Then i received it back after the repair and restoring now i've got this problem : On the HTC TV remote app, once it opened i cannot see the app notice on the top screen for sound shortcut and menu shortcut.. I restored the cellphone again deleted cache and data on the app but the problem seems not resolved can anyone help me please? Thank's

It's part of the kit Kat 4.4.2 update...the remote has a few features that have changed

Working fine here in UK on KitKat. Notification bar has the shortcuts displayed.
