HTC Velocity help

We have recently purchased an HTC Velocity and want to install spybubble but I am having some difficulty. Can anyone pls help?

What exactly is the issue you are having installing the app?

Hi. Instructions ask to go home Page - settings - app settings - unknown sources ? Prob need to download side load wonder machine but don't seem to be able to on our PC? Also, I have access to the target phone and wonder if spybubble can be installed via USB?
Any ideas as I am not really fantastic with tech ?

Are you on AT&T? I have heard that on some AT&T devices you cannot check the unknowns sources checkbox. Not sure if that is still the case, but, if it is greyed out, or, not in that menu, then, that could be the case.
