I know it is early yet and I know the legal stuff could take forever to resolve one way or the other. But - what are everyones' thoughts on what, if any, the immediate consequences might be for Android users? Specifically - any guesses on what it might do to the release of new phones...i.e. the N1 for Verizon or the rumored Incredible.

Do you think it will still be business as usual or do you think we will see delays or even complete disappearances?

If htc loses i hope i can still use my eris with out paying some royalties or s**t to apple

I bet they'll settle out of court to be honest..if nothing else their legal battles could go on for years. I think its a terrible move on apples part, personally.

I know I'm going to sound stupid but could someone explain this law suite, all I know is that apple filed some patients. Is that what this is about?
